2010
welcome 2010 and goodbye 2009. it has been a wonderful year in terms of photography. i’ve learnt to develop my own b/w films, i fell in love with film a bit more than the year before, and i’ve got myself a new but yet lightweight camera (Lumix LX3) to replace my heavyweight Nikon d70s.
but 2009 was also a sad year. i’ve lost two friends unexpectedly last year. died from a tragic accident, and the other from cancer.
taking a step back, i’ve realized that i need to improve more in my studies. all year it has been like a honeymoon year (well not exactly, but kinda). there’s no time left to enjoy and relax. my deadline is a year or so more. i need to finish my studies before i’m left alone. get the job done would be my motto for this year. and i hope i will.

happy new year 2010, aku doakan semoga azam2 hg tu dipermudahkan oleh Allah. Dan semoga kematian sahabat2 kita tu menjadi zikrul maut yang bawak manfaat utk kita.
whoah, dah ada lx3? Budak kelas aku ada kamera tu and aku rasa tak miss dslr pun bila tgk kualiti gambaq dia. I was thinking to ditch my big camera also but since I need to prioritize on other more important matters, that’d have to wait for another 2-3 years I guess.

salam kamal, sorry lah tak berupdate blog aku. it’s been a busy semester. huhu.. tp flickr selalu update what. heh
a random quote i got from somewhere i cant remember: “When one door closes another door opens, but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us.”
semua benda berlaku atas dunia mesti ada hikmah. MESTI. so hopefully we will learn more on how to recognise the ‘opened doors’ i.e hikmah di sebalik semua benda.
