I still remember when I first got my camera, I was very excited about it. I took pictures of everything, at any angle, perspective.
But then everything suddenly became bored. I don’t know why. But my shots were becoming boring. Ive read somewhere that the rule of photography, “get at the same eye-level” to get good images. Boring!
I figured out that most of my earlier images (although lack of composition, theme and the right exposures), they were mostly taken at weird perspectives.
Here are two shots Ive taken during a picnic my friends and I had a week ago, which reminds me how fun it was to take pictures at such extreme angles.

it’s been a long hiatus since ive written something. this blog seems to be dead by now.
oh well, just for the sake of updating and making use of this domain, ill try to keep up with this blog as well. im gonna post some pictures taken during my so-called-being-at-home- 24/7 -bored-to death-holidays.
mostly what i did was shooting macro pictures of flowers (and probably insects and water drops as well) in my backyard. i thought of shooting street but darn it was too hot to go out. i forgot how hot it is in malaysia. and i also wanted to shoot landscapes, waterscapes, sunsets, sunrises by the beach but nobody wanted to come with me. everybody was busy and wasnt really at home all the time.
well, at least i made good use bringing my dslr back home. :p all shots are done with the el-cheapo manual extension tubes connected to a 50mm lens. all of them are focused and metered manually. talk about hard work, heh.

one for the b/w lovers..
