nothing much this time. pictures from heidelberg. only 3 pictures from the previous hp5 film.

another round of b/w films. these are from the tmax roll i bought (expired in 95) from ebay. cheap stuff. pushed 1 stop - which costs me triple from normal developing. btw, a roll of ilford hp5 plus in my ‘brand new’ olympus xa (yes, i bought another camera! which costs 20 euros at my local camera store, when these things costs 40 euros on ebay) is almost finished, and ill be off developing my own b/w films. the grain is very visible, and i like them. adds some mood to the pictures.

I just got my first HP5 Plus film push processed. Darn, it costed me triple for what I’ve used to pay for normal processing.
The grain is somewhat very visible. And some details were almost completely lost, so I had to recover them with photoshop.
Here are a few shots I’ve taken during the Carnival (Karneval) parade in Mannheim last February. I’m still learning to get the hang of street photography.
FYI, Karneval or Carnival is a festival before Easter, which involves parades, people in funny costumes, sorta like Halloween in February. This festive season is typically the same as those Carnivals in Brazil, and the Mardi Gras celebrations.
